| With 10 years of
experience on tournament trails, I have found that
fishing with plastic chunk trailers can be costly
to ones budget. You will loose less than half of
the amount of trailers you normally would if you
will insert a toothpick in your plastic chunk.
To do this, start the point of
your toothpick in one side of the chunk and bring
completely through the other side staying just
above where your hook will be inserted. Once
completely through the bait, tear off the end of
the toothpick so it is flush with the plastic.
If you use this method, I
guarantee you that you will spend less money and
more time fishing.
