Marshall and Nelson Hollandsworth walked away with the top honors
with most overall weight and big fish this past Saturday on
Normandy Lake. The tournament was the first of eight events for
the 2006 season.
Marshall / Hollandsworth claim
their winning catch was done flipping live tuffy minnows on 12ft.
B`n`M Poles around lay downs on steep channel banks. With lows
dipping around the freezing mark the night before and high winds.
They claim fish were caught most of the day, but the keeper size
fish turned on and then off quickly.
The second of the eight events will
be held on April 15th at Tims Ford out of Holiday Marina. |
